Q: I have a huge family, how many characters can I put on a product? |

A: We can put as many characters on a product that we can fit. Different products have more room...but we'll do the best we can then send a proof for you to review! |

Q: Can I change characters or colors on my product? |
|
A: Since each order is completely custom you can specify different colors or characters. Just put your request in the "Special Instructions" area of the order. |

Q: Can I mix and match ideas from you products? |
|
A: Again, since each order is completely custom you can choose the character from one to put on another product. Example: you would like the ballerina on the NP16 notepad with lines...put that information in the "Special Instructions". |

Q: Am I able to view a proof of my order? |
|
A: DEFINITELY! A proof of your designs will be emailed to you and we won't print your order until we have received your approval. So please be sure to add DOODLE TIME DESIGNS to your safe sender's list. |

Q: Can I order by phone? |

A: While we recommend ordering online, we do accept phone orders. Please make sure you have all the information available for the item you are ordering. You can order by phone from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. (PST) Monday – Friday @ (562) 755-7339. Online orders may be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year! |

Q: How long will it take to receive my order? |

A: We make every effort to have orders completed quickly, as we know you are anxious to share your products! Generally speaking, you can expect to receive your proof in 2 - 4 days. Once your proof has been approved by you, it should take approximately 4 - 6 days, including shipping, to receive your order. **please allow extra processing time for the holidays** |

Q: What type of shipping do you offer? |

A: Orders are typically shipped USPS for a flat rate of $4.99 (includes shipping & handling). If you need a rush delivery, just contact us to make special arrangements. |

Q: Can I order a gift with a Gift Message? |

A: Yes! If you would like us to mail your gift directly to someone we can put personal message in with it. |
